These don't just occur when sneezing.. They eventually slide out one way or another. Sneezes just can speed the process along

Sometimes it happens when you sit for too long then stand up.

Or when you're in the shower and these things that look like bloody scraps of flesh just pour out of you and into the drain

...Although at least when you're in the shower they DO wash away, and it's not just sitting on your pad/tampon/cup waiting to make it look like someone just got murdered the moment you try and change them.
