Uhm. Germany shouldn’t have opened up a second (eastern) front before suing for peace with Britain

They also should have committed to a ground assault in Britain instead of the holding pattern they adopted, there was a reason the Blitzkrieg worked so well. Also if Hitler hadn't been quite so paranoid and allowed collaboration between research scientists it's likely they would have completed the jet engine and single wing aircraft well before the end of the war. This would have given them such a superior advantage they might have been able to end the armed force opposition prior to America getting into full war mode.

Basically, if just a couple things had gone different, we'd all likely be speaking German right now, but we're all very happy that that's not the case

Hey, Hitler declared war on the US. We were totally fine to fight Japan in the Pacific and just keep sending supplies to Great Britain.

Tbh, if Hitler had succeeded in conquering Europe, it would only have been a matter of time before he came after America, and if he had waited, they'd probably have been better equipped to deal with America. I don't know if he'd win with the entire force of Europe and Japan at his back, but it's still probably better for everyone that America got involved no later than when it did
