What happened to the globe? Where did that trash come from? I need answers to these questions!

The globe is still there. Just not as detailed by stylistic choices.
The trash is from the party. It was always there, you just couldn't see it until the 4th panel.

But... some of the trash should've been visible on the other panels if you look at the placement of it.
