I've worked retail for ten years, all customers are assholes to some extent, generation doesn't matter I've had old people with bad attitudes and I've had little kids with great attitudes, often at the same time.

To be fair, she said "our generation", not "there's no one bad in my generation because blah blah", implying she's talking to people who generalize.

I work in phone customer service. The worst people to deal with are females 40 and younger that are entitled as hell. They have no understanding of the world in general not catering to their specific whims. I'll take a guy cussing me out every day.
