Despite having been born with red hair, and still having red in my hair (especially visible in the sun), because it tends to look closer to brown indoors I've had people literally start arguments with me and try and inform me that my hair isn't and never was any degree of red o.O I'm not sure why it impacts them to such a degree but they're usually quite worked up about it
They were warned but they didn’t listen. Thousands of brown-eyed FunSubsters, desperate to feel appreciated, turned their eyes skyward and stared directly into the sun. Their retinas scorched. Their eyeballs melted into gelatinous slime. Their horrible screams could be heard for miles. The pain was excruciating, the newfound blindness terrifying. But each one - sensing that acceptance was just within their grasp - kept their oozing sockets turned upward to the sun. ‘Just another moment,’ they thought to themselves to justify the agony, ‘just a little longer.’ And at long last they each had what they desired. A feeling of being appreciated...
And eyes like pools of honey.
Those don't really remind me of honey, but they're still beautiful. I always found brown eyes to look like amber or darker citrine gemstones. Or in the case of the first picture the shadows from the eyelashes and the color make me think of some trees close to sunset and the shadows they cast
depends on the honey. I have a thing of organic honey i bought (i was bored and had money. also, its honey so i mean why not) and it's closer to this color than regular honey usually is.
But yes, i see more of what you see color-wise.
I always thought my eyes looked like shit.. literally until I got a pic of them in the sun and they were like a reddy golden color.. and finally I felt like I might actually have pretty eyes
