the shift in gravitation forces from the planets getting moved around from such an event would most likely either jettison pluto or suck it into the fiery hell below it. Either way pluto is screwed too

The gravitational effect of the planets have almost no effect on Pluto. As long as the center of gravity stays about the same, as it should in this case, Pluto should continue its orbit just fine. Until the Sun explodes anyways,
