Can we talk about the fact that the knight was wearing a riding armour, which isn't even thought to be used for running and he still came in 2nd?

That soldier is super fit. Wins the first round by a mile and after being slow through the crawl because of his huge backpack, nearly catches up to the other guys. It's worth noting as well that the knight's armour is evenly distributed over his whole body, not throwing off his centre of balance like the firefighter or the soldier.

I feel like the soldier was being slow on purpose for the first round. As a former soldier who ran a very similar course he should have come in at around 1:10-1:20. He should have been sprinting flat out between obstacles. That said in full gear the time seemed about right. Maybe not as fast as a high speed soldier but he fell within a reasonable expectation.
