Vietnam was one the reasons they lowered the age to vote to 18.

So much shit went wrong then so much shit was done wrongly then.

Family members served '68-70 and did not return after their tour of duty. What they experienced was unforgivable. They were spat on as they made their way through U.S. Airports making their way home on leave. Americans did not have the respect for our Troops such you overwhelmingly see today. Such a sad commentary on our then society.
