Makes sense, theoretically speaking, yes. However the speed at which they see us evolve will vary. Like if they head towards us at light speed.

At that point they see nothing. Even close to light speed all they’d see is a blip.

Yes. Things start to redshift and at least in theory, at or beyond light speed they likely wouldn’t be able to see much or anything.

Theoretically, yes. But not really, as that light would be so blue-shifted that you likely would not be able to see it
