In my opinion, it goes: (please don't attack me, I'm not trying to be racist at all, I'm just saying what I've noticed!)
Taiwanese/Thai—darker skin, darker lips, square/very angular head, chin sticks out farthest of all facial features. Tend to be very short, larger foreheads, and smaller, monolithic eyes.
Chinese—Tend to have more acne than the rest of this "group". Which is not much, just a bit more. Wider and flatter faces and noses, monolithic eyes, American-looking lips
Japanese—Thinner, taller faces, sharper/more defined chin, wider eyes, smaller nose, American-looking lips
(I don't know enough Koreans to put them on here)
