The service being... procuring drugs on your behalf in exchange for money.
'
-If they already had the drugs then you're buying the drugs directly from them.
'
If they didn't have the drugs already, then you're paying them to go buy the drugs from someone else and bring them to you, which is literally the same thing, you're just taking the scenic route to get there
Ah, it isn't the same thing. You are merely gifting them the precise ammount of money. Which could, in theory, be used to purchase a certain amount of alcohol. Which theu could then, also in theory, gift to you for whatever reason they might think of.
That's literally not what's happening as indicated in the original post
'
"Just pay someone to buy them for you" is not the same as "gift some person money, tell them to do whatever they want with it, no obligation, no harm, no foul, and HOPE they buy drugs or alcohol and donate some to your cause out of the goodness of their hearts and the precognition abilities of their minds."
'
The moment you indicate you're expecting drugs/alcohol in return for the money, you've now switched over into making a purchase.

I would take this 100% without even trying to find a flaw, drugs are bad for you and since you are rich you can now afford to drink avocado milk or some weird fancy shit

Y'all do know this counts for prescription drugs, and caffine, and any other substance that affects the physiology in your body, such as supplements?
It won't affect supplements. But it would affect both prescriptions, and over the counter drugs like Ibuprofen.
That being said, if this is a literal agreement then you find work arounds. If it's more based on the spirit of the thing, then you can probably buy medications, so long as you aren't misusing them.
With 3 billions, my life would be so beautiful that I don't even know alcohol exist anymore
I would be batting in milk and eating the best chocolate that is made by midget or something weird shit
Rich people's weird shit!
