"Yes I can do something about it" --> "Then dont worry"
That arrow implies youre not going to be a lazy ass procrastinator and do nothing while your levels of anxiety increase.
More like "I shouldn't worry about it because it is within my ability to fix it." not "I could do something, but I'm not gonna so I shouldn't worry" which doesn't make sense
its so weird for me to like not have something going on so i start kinda panicking thinking im forgetting something. Like if my life isnt chaos i dont know what to do.
