-The police were having the breakfast and posting about it in an attempt to help raise awareness and support on behalf of rural farmers.

-The "vegans" in question seem to mostly be one woman, who has only been identified as "Diana."

-The tweet has since been deleted

-The cops didn't really respond as near as I can tell, but the Internet seemed to be in fine form, retweeting the tweet with tags such as "brekkiegate" etc.

Mandatory disclaimer: while I'm not vegan or vegetarian myself, please try to keep in mind that not all of them are like this. I'm not sure why this level of ridiculousness seems to display itself so prominently in some of them, but the majority are likely lovely people and shouldn't be lumped in with the self-centered insanity of their minority brethren

No idea if this came off as sarcastic but it was serious. I see a lot of vegans getting hate for actions (like the picture) they didn't participate in or endorse. They didn't have anything to do with it, so attacking them or their personal eating habits over it is unfair and ridiculous.

Still... always a pleasure to offend people on a post about people being too easily offended. <.<

I'm not eat meat but don't care if someone post pictures of meat related food. it's one thing if I decide to don't eat and support it, but if other people want to.. what ever. it's not nice because animals get killed and stuff.. but I don't have the right to be offended by such stuff.. it's their life not mine.. it too would give people a attack point if i would. like.. people who know you don't eat meat suddenly start to slam meat right into your face and stuff. sometime it's better to stay silent.
