Yeah but she just got let off easy on involuntary manslaughter charges. 15 months and 5 years probabtion is apparently the value of a life

Freedom of speech; if everyone who texted or said "kill yourself", there would be a lot of peoe in jail.

Context matters. A person of trust urging someone to kill themself when they're needing help is WAAAAY different from people writing mean comments
