The Dutch are water benders

It’s interesting that when they talk about the Dutch using water technology ‘for both good and evil’, only evil is hyperlinked.

Yet moving their arms and legs in a manner that avoids dying while in more than 8 feet of water seems too difficult to attempt.

So to defeat the Dutch we just drop an iceberg in there. and they drown because as it melts the water can't get out.
