Well, given that she's usually the only one living there, with a tree, the breathable atmosphere isn't super amazing. The fact that she's actually got a dome at the sea floor is impressive. The gravity would be stronger depending on how far down she is too.

even with a tree in a completely sealed environment its a great feat to have a functional breathable atmosphere as you'd have to have at least a bit of machinery functioning as it is totally airtight and doesn't have the same functionality as it would in open air
