I've been thinking about this because I'm making several turkeys in a few weeks. I think the actual Cheetos would make something like a spicy breading? And I think they would keep the moisture close to the skin, so it would have a really fantastic bite-through. I'm 75% sure I'm going to try doing a hickory smoked flaming Cheetos turkey. If I go for it, I'll let you know how it turns out.
