Some people be using too much or the wrong stuff for their face though and that can cause some bad acne
Or they try to cover the acne with makeup all the time and don't let their face breath
If you think makeup causes acne, you dont have the knowledge to talk with me
People who know makeup clean their face a way better than people who is clueless enough to think makeup is bad for the skin
My expensive high end foundation treats my skin nicer than my city's pollution
The worst part is, I have used all of these except for 3 and I still have acne. It's been getting better since I've decreased my sugar intake however. But this is painfully true
I was told by an esthetician that you should NOT use anything that is labeled with a fruit that has a pit. They actually use the pit in the products and that tears up your face. Best of luck.
A lot of these products have ingredients that severely dehydrate your skin. Your skin needs a balance of both moisture (oil) and hydration (water). For oily skin types, (most prone to acne as oil plays a big part in breakouts) the goal is to lessen oil activity, but not strip the skin of oil completely. Removing all the oil can make your skin actually increase oil production and make it vulnerable to water loss, leaving your skin oily but tight/flaky (and clog your pores even more with dead skin). In order to combat this use a non-irritating face wash like Cetaphil gentle face cleanser and use an oil-free moisturizer.
