So true! I picked up my daughter from daycare the other day and they commented on how good and well behaved she was. As soon as I open the car door she had a full fledged tantrum and I physically could not put her in the car seat. 10 mins later shes a bit tired from screaming and flailing so I managed to get her in. Ugh. I love her.
My neice had this habbit of being super sweet super cute in public but the SECOND she got away from strangers it was like Angelica from Rugrats. She would push bite and tease her brother and sister. And o my.gosh she screamed and howled if she didn't get her way. Even her cousin who was 2 years older was attacked. Her Mom and Dad (My 2nd oldest brother) knew she was a little monster the day she was born lol she was born gurgling and cooing not crying. But every time it was just Mom and Dad with her she screamed and cried. But second a nurse or doctor walked in it was like spider sinses she knew to go sweet.
Even I only got to see her sweet side because my brother and his family didn't live with us. So she was sweet to me.
Honestly it was Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
