Is this from Human Centipede? I’ve heard that’s a good movie though I’m not sure what it’s about.

It's about a woman with a lot of shoes, you're right. If you liked Pretty Woman, you'll love Human Centipede

Also it's nice for children as it gives a valuable lesson when a previously distant character becomes really attached to her friends.
