I was going to say it was photo shopped. ALL of the bridges in the SF bay area are nightmares. Even at 3:00 am, you'll have traffic; not nightmare traffic, but traffic so can someone explain to me what LONG EXPOSURE means? Thanks.

Can you not use google? More or less, this is a composite of all the remains constant in a series of photos.
