if you find a baby deer leave it alone mom is close by and waiting for you to leave. that being said this one is a albino and depending on where you are it probably won't survive so its 50/50 whether to leave it or take it depends on what or who you know.

There's a high chance it's been abandoned by it's mother. Though looking at its size, I'd say it will soon no longer need its mother. Also, this deer appears to either be comfortable or unaware, since they are timid creatures that don't hang around people too often (unless trust has been earned)
