You don't necessarily need to work out to loose weight. My suggestion is: reduce Meat Consumption and try to eat as much whole grains as possible, those will make you full much quicker, so you can't eat as much
Start of by eating slightly smaller food portions. Just one or two spoonsful less per meal. Then after you no longer notice and this new amount is fine, try to reduce it again by a bit. If you only make food for yourself, save half for lunch tomorrow.
