Now is she the one who said that "innocent until proven guilty is only in a court of law" or was that the other one?

Edit: ah, yes, it was her. And yes, she is referring to her accusations against Vic.

She claimed he has been abusing her and people she cares about for 15 years. No word on what she's accusing him of exactly (I haven't been able to find what her actual claim is so far). A month prior to this accusation she sent him an unsolicited message on a picture he posted of him, her, and a few others, about how much fun she had working with them along with a kiss emoji. For some reason despite all of this abuse and "talking to Vic about his behaviour repeatedly" she never had an issue buddying up to him, and never went to the police on behalf of any of the people she cares about as far as I've found. Considering some of the claims are against minors, even if you do find truth in her statement, it makes her behaviour equally appalling
That said, There have been several allegations against him. However, a lot of it seems to be generated from a SJW stormcloud (this I say after doing extensive research into the issue. And I DO NOT say it lightly). A LOT of the claims have been either exaggerated, unsubstantiated, or downright proven to be fabricated (with evidence). There is one claim from when he was in his 20s that is up in the air.
Yeah, it's kinda fucked that Funimation severed ties with him. Many people still stand by him and support him. I doubt he did anything wrong.
There were also pictures of minors that were used as an example of home being creepy but many have come up to admit that he never did anything wrong.
That any hugging, kissing on the cheeks or head, or conversations, were never bad. Every single interaction with him were positive and he never made a move on them.
There have also been people pointing out that he's been taking too many roles and has been on the rise as a very popular VA, so it would make sense that accusations would come up but I haven't found much info or facts to back it up besides that fact that he is actually growing.
Indeed. I never ever want to take any accusations lightly-- I'd like to think people in this community know that by now. But, in the words of judge judy-- if it doesn't make sense, it's usually not true.

There is evidence that some of the photos being used as "proof" against him were actually stolen from fans of his and used without their consent.
'
There is evidence that him "flirting" with fans is him literally reading lines from shows he's been voiced in-- Ouran High School Host Club being one of the main ones-- at the fans requests.
'
There is evidence that one of the accusers also accused another Voice Actor-- and that VA pretty well proved this woman sought out a relationship and communication with him repeatedly after the alleged incident. The same woman's claim against Vic was that he physically restrained her, and pulled her hair-- TWICE-- in a crowded convention in front of, supposedly a circle of concerned people, but most definitely in front of two fans that were part of the conversation according to her. And yet, despite this, so far not one single photograph or report of the event has come forward (that I have seen).
'
They accuse him of being creepy for having a fanclub consisting of minors, which is mother is the head of (she has received harassment as a result of these accusations as well). So far no one has seemed to speak out against the Roy Mustang counterpart fanclub, but the night is still young.
There have been suggested attempts and completed attempts of photoshopping Vic to make it appear as though he is groping/kissing fans inappropriately.
'
There was a video uploaded that had been deliberately edited to make it appear as though he was harassing a fan. It has since been taken down.
'
The list literally goes on and on and on. Many of the voice actors speaking out already have a history of having issues with others (Vic included), and are making claims about how they "always knew he was a creep/behaving in this manner" and yet NONE of them did ANYTHING? Despite having different backgrounds, careers, personalities, resources, etc etc etc. Not one of them thought it was prudent to put a stop to a child molester. Until now, for some reason.
The group "Anime Outsider" did a podcast defending Vic. Bearing in mind I've never listened to this group before. They were crass, abrasive, offensive to a very extreme degree in some cases (they repeatedly attacked people based on appearance, and the merit of ALL sexual assault victims who lack physical proof). I have no idea if that's how they behave normally, but I get the impression it is. Nothing in their talk or behaviour indicated they had shifted gears from how they would normally approach a subject. That said, they still did raise some damming points-- many of which I've mentioned here-- defending Vic. Shortly after posting this content they were suspended from Twitter.

There's a running theory that most of the hate for Vic actually stems back to him refusing to sign yaoi/yuri fanart. Which I remember causing a decent uproar several years ago. I can't say if this is actually what happened. I do know it got him labelled a homophobe, which is a pretty dramatic leap.
Above post was edited because my phone changed "fanart" to "canary" and I only just realized now. Also there was no room left to say this in that post so it unfortunately gets it's own comment
