The secret to a good power nap is not sleeping more than 30 minutes. I've heard that 20 minutes is perfect

How is that possible? The only way I can nap is if I’m awake for 24+ hours.

Well it would be a several hour nap to say the least. Also there’s usually some reason I’m awake for that long

I woke up downstairs at like 9pm. I have no fucking clue about the how or why or when I went downstairs.
