No we don't. We want bullets that will punch through armor without over penetrating soft targets, that will also tumble and fragment as it rips through muscle and tissue.
Also, make it a friendly-fire proof/anti-collateral damage.
Am I the only one really offended by these memes? Hundreds of children have been killed in a single year, in the past 2 weeks a student brought a toy gun (the orange piece was chopped off) with live ammo. 2 days ago, somebody went toa bathroom and vandalized the walls, threatening to kill everyone in my school. Almost everyone is terrified, and people are making memes joking about it, which if anything encourages this behaviour and I know I'm going to get downvoted all to hell for stating my opinion online but this is a vERY SERIOUS ISSUE GOING ON!

I just want to make a quick defense of insensitive memes. I know sometimes people cope with hard situations by making light of them. Sometimes humor is an effective tool to deal with serious issues.
Now, that being said I think that we still want a community experience that leaves everyone feeling safe and doesn't allow outright discrimination. Finding that balance can be hard, but I think we have a good balance for the most part.
As for school shootings being a serious issue: in all seriousness we need better mental healthcare options in the United States. No normally functioning well adjusted teen with no mental illness is going to just decide to shoot up their school because of a meme.
The best way to combat school shootings is with education and mental healthcare. Teens need to be given help before they reach the point that they become a danger to themselves and/or others.
Would better gun laws help? Maybe, yeah. But that's not even the core issue.
Lots of places have mental health issues and don’t have school shootings. Also, it might be unsettling content for those negatively affected by fear of shootings.
Also, make it a friendly-fire proof/anti-collateral damage.
Alert authorities and take measures to respond to any possible situation.
