the collapse was a rare extreme situation that stopped trafficflow. A pot hole doesnt block the road and on a road that has no markings on it i doubt it has priority over the hundreds of other constitution jobs a city on its plate at any point in time especially for one so shallow that most people wont even notice having hit it

Yeah, especially as the pothole clearly hasn't gotten much worse in that time, which suggests that road doesn't see a lot of traffic.

Not only has it not gotten worse all the loose stones in it have remained in the exact same spot. Even the ones on the road haven't moved. That road is a veritable time capsule or some just took a photo with a child in it and made it black and white.

For no reason I'll remind you. Color photos were common in the 90s. To really sell this they should have taken the photo with an older camera, like and old Polaroid. And kicked the stones around a bit. Maybe put the child doing something more realistic than standing by a pothole. And better yet, have them doing something dated like riding a big wheel tike or playing with an old yoyo.

I wonder if it's still there in 2019

Spray paint a dick on it and the city will have to deal with it! I believe some fella in Michigan did this to a bunch of pot holes and they fixed the pot holes.
