Love the tingly feeling that comes down when I do that (admittedly I think my nerves don't work as well as they should due to my back, so my hands and legs tend to die randomly, as I'm typing this my right arm is warm and tingly and sorta dying)

I used spin my arms until the blood would rush to my hands, afterwards,my arm would have a weird , numb feeling
