It would a fusion core (smol grey thing in the middle) that you use in Power Armors in the Fallout game series. They've been lying around for hundreds of years after a nuclear war and when you use them they're done in an hour or so.

I think the fusion cores are only in FO4. You didn't have to use them for power armor in any of the other games, if my memory is correct.

There is a fairly large difference between idling with minimal drain and constantly being at full output. Just think about the amount of power output youd need to be able to move like 500-1000 pounds of metal with legs instead of wheels. You dont just need to spin 2 axles you need to be running the power assisted movement of every joint on the entire body all the while actively measuring vital signs and scanning for targets.
