Eating pineapple one berry at a time GIF

This looks so wrong but darnit now I need to get a pineapple and try it.

That's how you eat a sugar apple! I guess it would work with a pineapple, as long as you're not gnawing through the core with every bite..

Pinapple is very sticky though so is this a good idea?
