I havent had health insurance since I turned 25 in October. I've been looking for some that's affordable, but everything I find is $300+ and that's out of my budget
I've never been to/seen a restaurant that serves food like this. If you think this is what Americans have as normal food the it's obvious you've never actually stepped foot into this country.
For all of East Texas, there are signs about a 72 oz steak. If you eat it, meal is free.
Don't try it... if you even manage to finish it, your next stop might be a helicopter flying you to Baylor because your fucking stomach exploded. Not a joke.
If a magic being told me tomorrow that I could live to be 150 if I only ate vegan salads in small portions and gave up TV and games I’d tell them that isn’t living. You probably shouldn’t have a macaroni burger or a deep fried steak for every meal- you probably shouldn’t spend all your time in front of a screen or sitting. But- Life is meant to be lived. If you enjoy kale and air smoothies, and can think of nothing more fun than reading Greek poetry while running your daily 6k- good for you. Im not hoping to die an early death, but I’m ok with making it to 80 and having a macaroni burger and a bet flix binge here and there. A guy eating Mac burgers every meal might outlive me- or they might die at 40. Their life to love as short or long and how they want to. With insurance a single accident on my motorcycle could still cost me $100k- I know the risks and mitigate them but it’s still there and I accept it. Life is risk and reward. We all live the life we make out of what we were given.
