In 2019 in America most school age kids probably have a better chance being injured or killed by another student than a Pitbull. That “friendly” golden retriever has almost 2x the chance of attacking a human or other animal as a pitbull does. Any breed of dog can be aggressive or dangerous. The individual breeding and temperament as well as training play a huge part in how an animal behaves- but in the end animals are animals. They can be unpredictable and one should never be lulled into complacency. Not much different than children really in that regard. Be responsible and be smart when dealing with animals, and if you aren’t willing to accept the risks and responsibilities stay away from them. But there isn’t some inherent violence or danger to pitbulls that isn’t found with other dogs.
@guest- am I relaxed. This is one of the ways I relax during the day. I browse memes and I contemplate them and their posts and then I compose replies. I also play a puzzle app on my phone, or build spreadsheets, or do research, and take web classes in my free time as my work tends to require my complete attention for certain periods with lots of small kills between in which I am waiting for results or replies or to reach a specified time etc.
