I don’t know your cat so maybe you’re right- but if you don’t have experience with cats and bunnies hit up YouTube and you’ll see plenty of compilations of bunnies scaring the fear of rabbit into aggressive cats. Bunnies are not loafy fur burgers. They are smart and can put up quite a fight. A larger cat like a small mountain lion out guns them, but in their size class they are pretty darn hardcore.

Ooh I have a rabbit. His name is Theodore, he’s about that size and he actually looks like cookies and cream ice cream and he’s SOOOO cute
