This is so freaking true. My cat gets really upset when I don't go to bed at a certain time and when I finally get in she'll grumpily curl up next to me as if to say "Took you long enough. Honestly"
no cats are 100% hypoallergenic. Some are pretty high up there in the close to 100% but they always have enough still there to cause problems.
Also the last time i was around a cat for an extended period of time was 2 years ago and my lip swelled up a lot.
My cat decides when my parents stop watching TV and go to bed. If she didn't get enough time on my dad's knee, soflty biting his shirt while asleep, she'll calmly growl until he sits back on.
My mom's cat decides when they're up by jumping on the door handle. She used to come in and meow next to their ears so now they lock the door.
My black cat who passed away last year HAD to sleep with me. So if I accidentally closed my bedroom door before bed he learned how to just reach up and pull the handle (he was 20lbs and LONG), then he'd walk in and yowl at me until I woke up.
