Wasnt Christopher Judge one of the highest paid actors of the 90's during his role on Stargate? This inequality they're describing about him seems like BS.
Would you feel less triggered if they had a white voice actor?
Like good God I've never even played the games and *I* knew the reason for Kratos' skin color. And he's not even white, he's bloody well grey. I swear to God we're not pushing birth control hard enough these days
That was a bit poorly worded on the post's part. Basically if i understand correctly, Kratos was a spartan who was very proficient at battle (also a demigod but he was unaware of this at the time). Due to some backstory shenanigans, Kratos swore fealty to Ares, the God of war, and roamed the country killing monsters and people indiscriminately. Ares noted that the only thing holding Kratos back from being the perfect killing machine was his wife and child. So Ares teleported them into a temple in a village Kratos was about to attack.

An oracle warned Kratos not to enter the village, but he didn't listen, and proceeded to slaughter everyone in the village and temple. In his bloodlust he failed to recognize his own family and killed them as well. After, as punishment for killing his family, the Oracle cursed him, condemning him to wear the ashes of his family on his skin as a reminder of what he had done.
