My guess is they are offended by the implications of only 2 genders or the implication of it being that easy, but honestly, I SERIOUSLY doubt that its anyone other than drama starved attention seekers who actually care. I mean seriously, its a SNAPCHAT FILTER, hardly a life shattering forum

The site the article's from isn't all too reputable so it's best to take it with a grain of salt, as they likely cherry-picked. Personally, I haven't heard a single complaint against the filter in trans-friendly forums. Most of what I've heard has been praise for it even.

The transgender people I know actually like it, because it makes you look like what you might look like after hormones/transition. I'm willing to bet that this article wasn't written by a trans person, didn't ask trans people, and is just is another shitty article made to make cis people hate trans people.
