Debate as opposed to what? You have to actually provide the alternative to debate so we can see what you're talking about. Also this is sort of implying fascists are the majority? Which is the case in some places.. But not all

More context is needed because I can't tell whether this is meant to be about trying to justify punching Nazis on a street in America, or people in a highly suppressed country where black-bagging happens on the daily trying to overthrow the government.
Definition of fascism
1 often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition
If they fit that definition, they are *gasp* most likely a fascist.
@metalman idk if you were commenting towards me or at the guest >_>
It was towards you funk, i was honestly gearing up for an argument as i couldn't tell which way you were going with your comment as it could be taken either the literal definition or the modern applied version.
Yes that is the definition congratulations on the copy paste skills. My point is that people who claim to want to silence fascits don't seem content to use such a narrow definition.
I'm referring to the people who like to put labels to opinions that differ from them that have negative connotations (i.e. facism and communism) in western democracies. The practice of labeling each group as an extreme to divert the argument. An example would be the labeling of people who support the building of the wall at the southern border as facist or the people who label the individuals who wish to implement universal healthcare as socialist/communists.
100% agree. Misuse of these terms has gotten out of control, it annoys me as well... and it's always the extreme left/right sides throwing the terms around, not understanding how ironic it is that fascism/communism, while on the opposite side of the political spectrum share more in common than they don't. It's like a bunch of baboons throwing shit at each other and then complaining about it.
