I think it means that the more you earn from jobbing,the less free time you have for gaming

Yeah but that inaccurate. At the hourly level it’s true but once you cross over into the higher salary ranges where you can actually afford (not just able to pay for) something like a high end computer system you usually have a lot more leeway on your time.

Accounting, project management, software development, executive, account management, analyst, Human Resources, underwriting, marketing, etc.

I’m sure they do, but they also have established salaries, weekends off, and paid leave.

Weekends off are purely theoretical for us. When you get home you have to adult all the other shit, like doing laundry and cleaning your house and WASHING THE DAMN DISHES THAT'S BEEN STARING AT US and entertaining friends, so unless we play with friends (and ignore the one small laundry pile until a more opportune moment (by which then it is now turned into three large piles)) we don't get time to play as much.

Think of how much worse it would be if you had to do shift work during that time as well.

At one stage I held between four and six jobs, I don't need to imagine it unfortunately.
