Have you seen what happens to wool sheep that arent sheared? Their quality of life increases with frequent shearing so... yeah.

What's... wrong with shearing sheep? Isn't it just like a haircut? It wouldn't harm the animal?

PETA yet again... Shearing and trimming hooves is critical to maintain comfort "in" and disease "out". So yeah, for an organization that's all about animal welfare, they don't know much about it.
I guess the human equivalent of PETA are Anti-vaxxers?
