This is true, that's like being concerned for mosquitoes.

But if a person/team of people was looking after each area they would be able to rescue any victims and truly make a difference to our water systems. Not a perfect solution, but better than anything they currently have going on.

Yeah, that's what i hope will happen. The outlets are probably not in a busy area though, hopefully not too secluded

They would have to be changed pretty regularly ,so they'd have to have maintance crews
