i've had this debate when one of my friends brought it up. Technically me and a female coworker have the same job title, but i'm paid a lot more than she is, obviously this seems unfair. But when explained that i do a lot more work, better and more effienciently, my friend said that is why i'm paid more. I pointed out of course, if we were to be paid the same, i would consider it unfair as i do the most. Job titles don't mean you get the same salary, your work ethic and the amount of work does.

I’m not going to celebrate a roast advocating such a sickening mindset. Sorry but I’m just not.
