If it encourages anyone, my mother had my brother when she was 43, and she and dad built their own house when they were 49. They lived most of their life feeling behind, but really, we’re all glad it took us time. There is no rush, and though it may feel like you have to compete against all these people, that’s not the case. :)

Even better: you are not forced to get married to your partner, you can choose not to have children, and maybe you do not want a house. It's not even the timelines, it's about the whole agenda. Find yours.
