A diet should not feel like a diet it should feel like you are full and eating good food.
I slowly shrunk my stomach naturally over time. By slowly eating little less. I eat like a little old lady now lol. A kids meal and I am full. If I eat more than 2 slices of pizza I feel sick and way to full.
Also change a few ways you cook food. Use different ingredients. Like boneless skinless chicken, we only eat out 1-2 times every 2 weeks, keep only healthy snacks, and so on. We go to the gym 2-4 times a week to use the pool. When my kid is back in school I will go alone and use the machines to work out.
My problem is lack of mobility so the pool helps alot more than the machines because I suffer from knee trouble so it is hard to walk especially when the weather changes all sudden. Pain pills dont help only icy hot and time.
Look you cant help people by just make them lose weight is what I am saying. It takes more. Everyone wants the miracle pill what you really need is a new way of life
That first part is so important. I don't get why people feel the need to stuff themselves to the point of total lethargy (with the exception of guacamole, as that shit goes bad fast)... you can just store the food! Back in HS I could go out to eat, have an appetizer and two entrees before I was full because my metabolism was on fire and was growing. Now I basically just eat the appetizer, a salad, and snack on the entree before taking the rest home for an extra meal. The only way I can finish a Chipotle bowl now is if I leave off cheese and sour cream (truly a great thing, as without those two Chipotle actually becomes pretty healthy if you go with steak instead of chicken)... used to be able to down two burritos in one sitting.
