Soviet superpower comrade. Super strength is the result of capitalism. Lab induced partial paralysis is good communist power. The other guys weren’t even that lucky.

He was cleaning it of doing maintenance it or something. Being the Soviet nuclear program- there was a failure of the safety systems or they weren’t used right (I forget...) and... zap.
