Gas that is compressed becomes hot, and when is decompresses it becomes colder as it gains volume but not heat. The "hoo" makes your lips small, and means the air expands a fair bit once it's out to fill the volume of the container/room. I think, I'm not the most knowledgable on thermodynamics or how humans do the "hoo" "ha" breathy thing.
