They say artists that draw from dinosaur fossils might not be adding enough feathers....so maybe some dinosaurs were just like the adult birds

Iirc supposedly the cassowary isn't such a far off relative from the velocoraptor

Raptors definitely had proto-wings, just look at their wrists.... Also, fossilized skin samples exist and you can see where the feathers attached.
