Not the first time I've seen something like this. The dodo has a video of a family that found a white kitten frozen in the snow. It wasn't moving and it's eyelids had frozen open. They thought it was dead, but the dad(?) Did CPR on it's chest for quite a long time (closer to hours than minutes iirc) and eventually it warmed up.

As an aside, iirc if you do find a frozen animal take care not to move it somewhere too hot too fast. Much like overfeeding someone who has been starving, this can have more negative repercussions than benefits.
