The scene where Aragorn uses his sword to smack the Uruk's knife away. It wasn't scripted. Viggo was just that awesome.
Also the scene where Aragorn- you know what? Pretty much any scene with Aragorn is my favorite. Let's just go with that.
Let's not forget when Viggo broke his toes kicking a uruk helmet. They incorporated the scream and just kept filming because he didn't mention it until later.

Tbh the entire crew of this series was so awesome. As many good memories hearing their stories as watching the series itself
