I feel like playing basketball, then go shoot around, realize I'm not in the shape I want to be in, then practice and practice because I can get obsessive.
Sooo... find a physical activity you love and do that... then keep doing it... then realize you can get even better at it by developing the fringe points on your body that you don't normally use to become even better so you can derive more joy from doing the physical thing you love. It's like the snowball effect in a good way.
Motivation is like showering, it wears off so you have to keep doing it. The only person who can truly motivate you is yourself (or Chuck Norris). The mind controls the body in every way, whether you tell yourself you can or you can't, you're right.
I couldn't run, take the stairs or jog for no more than 5 minutes, I really wanted to change that, I don't care about body building, my main concern it's my physical health
