Well no one is storming it now. I knew it would never happen but I was curious to see if anything went down

Yeah. That was sort of my thought too. You COULD get 1.5 million people to sign up to clean oceans- but getting people to SAY they’ll do something and actually getting them to do it aren’t the same. Almost anyone who’s ever set up an event that is RSVP or paid for a friend who said they’d go somewhere in advance knows that first hand. But there may be a solid question lurking in here. All around the world people volunteer or have events daily to try and help that we don’t hear about. Some guy- not even a celebrity or “influencer” managed to get this much buzz. So perhaps those people could learn something about marketing.

Huh, people on the internet gather together just for memes and for the sake of lols but can't start a "clean something something" because it's just not funny or kot meme worthy. Pathetic if you ask me but eh, at least I will see on the news that a couple of a hoes died trying to actually raid a military base, full of highly trained soldiers, with high caliber weapons in the middle of nevada...

The problem is that there are a shit ton of retards who will actually go even though the event it's cancelled. Even if it's just a couple dozens, still, why would they think it's a good idea to piss off the militaries?
